WWOOF is a worldwide movement linking volunteers with organic farmers and growers to promote cultural and educational experiences based on trust and non-monetary exchange, thereby helping to build a sustainable, global community.
As a volunteer (or WWOOFer as we call them) you will live alongside us, helping with daily tasks and experiencing life as a farmer.
As a host farm we will open our home to receive visitors from our own country or abroad who want to connect with the land and support the organic movement.

Located in Kerikeri, the largest town in Northland, New Zealand, it is a tourist destination 240 kilometres north of Auckland and 80 kilometres north of the northern region’s largest city, Whangarei. It is sometimes called the Cradle of the Nation, as it was the site of the first permanent mission station in the country, and it has some of the most historic buildings in the country.

Growing & marketing organic fruit and vegetables and other products. The orchard and gardens, pasture and cows, native bush and farm forestry, community are our vision to becoming a self-sufficient environment. Live in a simple self-contained cottage with the necessities provided for in exchange for a half day’s work on the farm. You can visit the Bay of Islands and other attractions, or relax in a rural setting. We prefer longer term guests who are interested in growing organics, but will take shorter stays by arrangement.
We live in a commercial-size organic market garden, 7km south of Kerikeri. We harvest and coordinate distribution of locally grown and New Zealand wide produce, providing a wide range of organic produce for delivery to individual customers or for sale at the gate. Applying biodynamic principles. We also grow indoor crops (plastic house).
